A-Agony running through my veins.
N-No family to look after me.

A-Another buddy lies dead on the rugged ground.
C-Cracking bombs going off everywhere.

A-Amazing fear creeps through my petrified body.
Y-Yelling for help vibrated in my ear.

My ANZAC Poem
Poppies blow through the cold icy air.
Dusty cold air surrounds me.
Poppies as red as flames grow onto the green fields.
Green lands for miles and miles.
Powerful guns shoot past my ear.
People yell to say go to higher ground.
I see people scattered on the ground.
I feel scared that there will be no tomorrow.

ANZAC DAY Poem
Bullets firing, it’s getting tiring,
All the riffles crack, I through my back onto the silky sand,
Dodging shells as the sergeant yells,
TANGO 12 o’clock HIGH!
I’m in for the fight of my life, when the bullet bursts into my thigh!

Anzac POEM
A-Anzac day is a remembrance for the soldiers who died in the war.
N-Nasty wounds all over soldiers bodies.
Z-Zoom, fire, bang!! Go the planes up above.
A-Anzac poppies guard the graves of dead soldiers.
C-Counting the days I survive.
D-Days go by as the war slowly fades.
A-Another day of fighting for freedom.
Y-You will die unless you focus on surviving.
