It’s spring time now and on Friday we decided to do some daffodil artwork. We looked closely at some living daffodils and also some pictures we found on the internet. We looked at the different flower shapes and colours and then created our own artwork. We made daffodils by painting a flower shape and a piece of an egg carton, used crayon to make the leaves and then we dyed the background so it looked like the sky and the soil. Once our artwork was dry we could add bark to the garden area and soft cotton wool to the sky to make clouds. We still have some bits to finish off but pop in during the next week to see them all finished. Artwork by Tara Bourne.
